In coaching mentoring sessions that I’d received over the years, there was a simple principle that always emerged - “Go there first”.
To get Ronnie talking I had to also open up about my own vulnerability, experiences and coping mechanisms.

After 20 years or so in a #Leadership position, I’ve learned that the best thing you can do to invest in yourself is to understand self first, then seek to understand others.
When you have better insight to self, those deep Q&A’s, (although very hard) are transforming.
