I've been thinking about the reaction of the woke left to a number of groups formed in Ireland to challenge the excesses of the left's drift into authoritarianism and their championing of an ideology that denies science and reality 1

They've had a free pass up to now and their *be kind * and *inclusiveness* obviously doesn't extend to those who dare dissent from their sacred cows. I've always been left politically but I want nothing to do with this. 2

We had the spectacle of the head of amnesty ireland and the NWCI signing a letter calling for the political disenfranchisement of dissenting voices. Despite their protests that the letter didn't say that, we can read. The letter said exactly that. 3

Rod Liddle describes them as the *post rational* left and it's hard to disagree with that. Debate is not tolerated. Science and biology are denied. Fantasy becomes reality. Objectors to this stupidity are demonised. It's a dystopian novel playing out in reality. 4

Because this nonsense has been allowed to run amuk and people are afraid to express a contrary opinion lest they be labelled a bigot or otherwise, these intellectually challenged morons have been on a power trip for any number of years.

It has to stop. And people with influence are going to have to step up to the plate. It's starting to happen and I'm seeing more people starting to speak out. When we look back in history on this period have no doubt that the words collective insanity will be used.
