Of the many serious faults of the Kenney govt, the one that is most troublesome is the hiding of information and manipulation of facts behind decisions that prevent citizens from evaluating their efficacy. There is often no evidence provided for the public to consider. The most
egregious of these is the hold-back of the Covid modelling data from public view, even lying that they had no new data, which prevented us all from assessing the effectiveness of the response, and informing our own behaviors re staying safe. Another example is hiding the data
regarding sell off of publicly owned parks that, when brought to light, revealed a completely faulty rationale on the part of Nixon/Kenney. The current deliberation about forming an Alberta Police Service is hidden, with no supportive evidence offered. The rationale for the plan
to transfer Albertans' pension funds from CPP to a provincial plan will be similarly hidden.
This insidious destruction of our institutions with no evidence offered to support such moves is the worst aspect of disastrous govt, which instead bombards us with propaganda and

Kenney's own blustery gas-lighting, intended to jack up his uninformed base. History has shown us that govts that like to operate in secrecy and make policy/decisions based on their twisted extreme right beliefs do not win awards for upholding democracy.
