2010. Dominion purchases Diebold and claims ownership of all IP.
Deutsche Capital Management takes control in 2010 and in 2012 announce a STRONG POSITION in Election.
Oh, this partnership is what allowed them to gain majority. Conflict of Interest? Transparency? Decentralized?
So... What this states is that Smartmatic doesn't directly own Dominion, but they down own and have access to at anytime the software Dominion uses.
Remember when Dominion told us they were legit and audited? Same software. Different name.
