1/ Lawyers presented testimony yesterday from witnesses who were told counting was suspended for the night and workers, observers, and lawyers were asked to leave the counting room. Security video showed four workers remaining behind after everyone left.
2/ The four remaining workers pulled cases containing ballots out from under tables and spent hours counting them without the other workers, observers, and lawyers present as required by Georgia law.
3/ Today GA election officials explained that the ballots were not counted secretly despite the absence of the other workers, observers, and lawyers. https://twitter.com/i/events/1334955203301318657
So @RudyGiuliani @SidneyPowell1 @LLinWood are the witnesses lying or is Ms. Watson mistaken?
6/ Update: You may recall that Regina Waller, the Fulton County public affairs manager for elections confirmed that absentee ballot counters were sent home at 10:30PM (see attached ABC News report below). Seems like they were sent home per their testimony.
Hat Tip: @KPlorable
/8 Update: The woman in this video, Ruby Freeman, was the same one seen in the video where observers were ushered out of the room and ballots were retrieved from under the tables and counted in secret. Listen closely to her words.
