In a similar case, mainstream media really only started paying attention to JKR after her comments on Trans people - Bc it affected white gays - and not her years of Antisemitism or racism, this happens time and time again and it’s the most tiring and tedious cycle
Because to Brown and Black fans, our issues with popular celebrities will never matter until it targets whites as well.

Anders’ used to be voiced by Greg, but was replaced by Adam Howden for DA2, which a lot of fans have looked to being an improvement, despite Adam Howden’s racist and sexist comments in the past towards black women (including Isabela from DA2).
So, really what the masses will consider is how it will effect white gays, and not brown or black fans, our voices will very rarely ever be considered.
