If you're going to have that many notable people, shouldn't you also include the many experts in AI Ethics, Future of AI, GPT-3? Seems like it would make the event even MORE appealing. I greatly admire @timoreilly and @vgcerf they both have influenced... 3/

About 5 minutes, since chat was disabled, I messaged the Zoom host that I was hoping this was better, that all the names dropped were still all men, that there are so many more perspectives missing on this topic. And then they removed me from the meeting. 6/
These convenings about AI and Ethics are important. They drive decisions across industry and politics. The people in this rooms were certainly by some measures powerful and important. They know that, it's how they market the event. I hope these groups do better. 7/
It is a little amusing at this time to be removed from a conversation on AI ethics for expressing dismay at the lack of expertise on AI and ethics. Though I guess with recent events, unsurprising. 8/
