Improve access:
Neck extension, shoulder bolster eg 1L fluid bag wrapped, strap shoulders down, crown of head at end of table, multiple assistants for retraction, minimum 3 people. #EuroSOBA20

Equipment issues for trache in the large neck. Proximal luck vs distally extended trache. Prefer to avoid extendable flange due to unpredictable movement. Thick neck doesn’t mean nec mean long trachea. #EuroSOBA20
