Here’s the story of the most toxic employee I’ve ever seen. 🧵:
/ Guy came into the company as a young salesman. Charming dude, but clearly directionless. His sales numbers were always good, not great, but people liked him - that was almost the problem.
/ He just constantly tormented the number one salesman. Frequent pranks, daily distractions, all just so inappropriate. What’s worse - HR never took a single complaint against him seriously.
/ His dating habits were a bit gross, too - literally only dated coworkers and that one random vendor over a 9 year period. Spent most of his time hitting on an engaged coworker.
/ Get this. He finally decided to start taking his career seriously, but there was nowhere left to grow, so he pitched himself as a “co-manager” - took half his boss’ job. Guess how that went?
/ Eventually he got married (to a coworker, surprise surprise), popped out a kid, and seemingly settled into life... except not. That’s when he decided to pursue a dream job - which he then lied to his wife about. Didn’t tell her he accepted the job. In another city.
/ then he pitches the original company that he should only work half time, but get paid full time. And seemed surprise when the company said no? But he also still took his new company calls at his first job.
/ IDK, hopefully that Athlead thing works out for him, guy’s kinda hopeless
