A short thread on how to fix RM:
Its actually kinda simple, but hard to pull through.
Get rid of the deadwood. The likes of Marcelo, Isco, Mariano etc. simply aint good enough anymore for this club.
Get fresh blood in through buying, ending loans and promoting.

3 key players that need to come next summer. Eventhough we might have to break bank for them, it will pay off in the long term. If we dont spend big, we are in danger to be irrelevant for far too long. In addition to that we ve a bigger chance to secure Haaland in 2022.

Kylian Mbappe:
The club needs a new figurehead. He wud be perfekt for that and wud give our attack some sharpness.
Strenghts: Finishing, Acceleration, Dribbling, Holding onto the ball.
Weaknesses: Aerial Duels, Defensive Contribution
Market value: ~ 160 Mio.

Jules Kounde:
Since Ramos is aging and Varane struggling for a while now the need for a new CB with leadership potential is there.
Strengths: Aerial Duels, Interceptions, Marking, Agility, Concentration
Weaknesses: Unknown
Market Value: ~40 Mio.

Eduardo Camavinga:
Uprising midfield star. A pretty young player, but already got some experience under his belt. Can play as a DM & CM. A much needed Casemiro backup.
Strenghts: Tackling, Anticipation, Agility
Weaknesses: Weak foot
Market value: ~ 50 Mio.

Some loan & Castilla players that cud come to the first team next season: Gutierrez (LB), Blanco (CM), Brahim (AM), Kubo (AM)

Possible squad & formation:
A much younger & hungrier team. Good depth with wingers that actually try to do sth and are able to score goals.
