Mine is BAD BAD

I used to think mental health problems were only had by people wealthy enough to complain about them

and that people in developing countries didn't have mental health problems bc they were too busy and poor to worry or complain about something so un important

I voiced this opinion once to a friend who was planning on going to school for psychology

She let me know that it was a bad take

and bc I voiced it and I got checked I got better and no longer held this super shitty opinion

it was hard to tweet that, and I know its hard for y'all to tweet your old cringey takes
