These 10 strategies include: 1) universal face mask use, 2) maintaining at least 6 ft of physical distance from others outside the household & limiting in-person contacts, 3) avoiding nonessential indoor spaces & crowded outdoor settings/gatherings. (3/6)
4) increasing testing to rapidly identify and isolate people with COVID-19, 5) prompt identification, quarantine, and testing of close contacts of people with COVID-19, 6) safeguarding those most at risk of severe illness or death from COVID-19. (4/6)
7) protecting essential workers with provision of adequate protective equipment and safe work practices, 8) increasing ventilation and enhancing hand hygiene and environmental disinfection, 9) postponing travel, and 10) vaccinating widely when available. (5/6)
