The Swedish Police were very helpful once I got through. Their instructions: Choose your region here: https://polisen.se/kontakt/ and file your complaint through your regions' general form, or simply email your report and materials to [email protected] 3/
Polis have recommended one report per event per person reporting it. Ex: The 10 times Tegnell has said immigrants spread #COVID19 on tv, that is 10 different reports in 10 seperate emails. This makes 10 different cases, one for each time it was said. 4/
The polis also said that they can receive links, files, etc via that email address or webform. In your complaint simply state who said what, when, what time in, what the complaint is, and attach your "proof" in the form of link to article, video, audio, pdf, or screenshot. 5/
Then, for the #racist remarks on @SVT and sites, from #Tegnell etc we have an additional thing we can do. Because SVT is state funded their ombudsman is REQUIRED to review all complaints about anything illegal done on anything they produce or air. 6/

I will continue to update this thread as it grows. However, it is #HateSpeech and a #HateCrime to claim that anyone does anything because of their country of origin and even our Dear-Leaders should be held accountable for the crimes they commit. #svpol 8/
