For your own peace of mind, treat your wife right!
1. Reason women are more impatient these days us because a lot of us were closer to our mothers than the boys. We watched how some of them cried many nights and endured, and some of us swore not to take things like that.
Oppression can come inform of verbal abuse, emotional abuse, financial abuse (yes, you won't provide and won't allow your wife to work. Or you can't solve her family problems but won't allow her to earn & help).
3. Physical abuse: very easy to feel like your muscles are twitching and slap or hit your wife, especially during an argument.

4. Cheating in the name of polygamy.
5. Leaving a woman to do domestic chores, pregnancy, raising children and all that comes with it alone. It takes it toll and you won't find it funny when she starts revolting.
