See yourself doing it
Catch yourself in the act
Do this once & you’re aware

- Catch yourself grinding your teeth [relax your jaw].
- Catch yourself tapping your foot [place foot flat on the ground].

Beat it. Just once.
2. Replace It.

It's easier to replace than remove

Talking to fast in conversation?
- Slow down
- Replace it by dragging words out a bit

Afraid of eye contact?
- Look once
- Replace ‘avoiding’ their eyes with ‘focusing’ on their words. Listen closely, eye contact will flow

Not possible for everyone to do.

But it’s 100% why I haven’t bit my nails in a years.

Picture yourself & how you look

- Potential investor watches you sucking your finger.
- Possible lover watches your eyes dart like a scared deer.

This isn’t your best self.

Present yourself like you’re in control of you mind & body.
