The significance of these two hate groups cannot be understated. To be clear: DonorsTrust manages individual donor accounts. When donors put their money in those accounts, DonorsTrust takes complete & legal control of the money. DT ultimately decides where it goes, and its board has to approve each recipient. This was a conscious choice.
