We have to track both the paper fraud and the digital fraud because the perpetrators would have known they needed paper records to match their phony numbers in the event of an audit. Sidney Powell's focus and Rudy Giuliani's focus are 100% related.

Timelines are important. The more time the fraudsters had, the more they could keep fiddling with the (1) ballots and (2) supplementary documents like rolls and signature files, to make everything match the data they uploaded to override the original machine scans.

Glen Chong's report on Philippine fraud with Smartmatic is extremely important. If they had a stash of pre-scanned image files of ballots on USB drives, they could digitally insert those into the data files, especially if they have weeks before recounts.

To avoid having more votes than voters, they might have to destroy or hide some of the original ballots that were turned in by real people. They could supplement that by assigning fake ballots to people listed on rolls who never turned up as having voted.

The flurry of activity out of view of observers might have occurred because they didn't have enough pre-scanned ballot images and needed to get in lots of fake ballots so the image files existed somewhere, to be pegged to the counts they made public.

Basically the vote counts were a multimedia art project they were assembling for public consumption. It involved both digital fiction and fake paper trails.

This could explain why Melissa Carone saw stacks of 50 being scanned multiple times even though the "counts" on the Wayne County books were not off by tens of thousands. They needed tapes and images off the scanners to match the tallies. They just had to delete the real scans.

It would explain why we have multiple reports of ballots being rushed into urban tabulation centers at strange hours. The expulsion of observers was necessary as a precaution to make sure nobody noticed fake ballots being switched in for real ballots. Or traffic at tabulators

This would also explain why Dominion does not want to appear before legislative hearings. They figure if they don't answer questions the public will get lost in the details.

If the theories above are plausible then this explains the sudden stoppage on election night in the swing states. The Philippine whistleblowers explained how that works. They can't let the vote counts jump unless they have paper to back up the data.

They freeze the count at a certain point to give themselves time to calculate how many fake ballots they need to bring in to replace real ballots, and how many provisional and "on reserve" mail ballots they need to add.
