Also, make sure anonymous troll accounts solely devoted to trashing "identity politics" in your org are actual members of your org + not like a psyop run by a rich techie that isn't even in your org. If you're coming from a place of genuine concern I think that's a good practice.

Some of you are so quick to copjacket Black women that the actual cop feeding you NazBol ideology just flies under your radar. That's not good OpSec in my opinion. Something seems off about that to me.

Some of you choose StupidP*l over liberals every time. I think that's a problem. Some of you never even met BIPOC until you moved to a big city to work in tech at age 30 + encountered liberal NGOs in electoral spaces. And don't seem interested in learning. That's also a problem.
