That's not true. The hospitals have been contemplated for a) non-COVID patients (per sources) or b) mild COVID cases (per CBC's story yesterday.)

Fourth: Lockdowns, sure. There's broad support for a "circuit breaker" lockdown. I'd remind Attaran that health care is provincial jurisdiction, so there's that.
