She clearly takes credit for this, as you can see in the picture where she has a sign at the ballot counting table saying "LaRuby's Unique Treasures".

In the video, you can clearly see that the ballots marked "Ballot Signature Verification: Tray Count 387" had no return addresses on them which is required.

So at minimum she's responsible for "verifying" hundreds of ballot signatures.
