Why did I decide to do this experiment today?

To demonstrate that one of the tools of white supremacy is withholding of institutional knowledge. Hiring is an institution.

If we can come together as a community and share our knowledge, we can create positive outcomes for marginalized folks.

This is one action you can do to aid in creating change. Small steps compounded together creates shifts in institutional ideals.
