If Eflin picks up where he left off in 2020 and Howard is the type of prospect he looked like, the rotation is pretty good. They probably need a real shortstop. The big thing staring at it continues to be Realmuto, the catcher position needs to be a strength for them.
The bullpen is bad, but if you want relievers, this is the free agent market for you! The Phillies aren't a playoff lock, but are they a couple good signings away from being a legit contender for a playoff spot? Absolutely.
