Aug 2015: Iranian forces, in coordination with its terrorist proxy Palestinian Islamic Jihad, fire four rockets at Israeli targets in the Golan Heights and Upper Galilee from Syrian territory. This marks Iran’s first direct conventional arms attack on Israel in modern history.
Aug 2015: Iran unveils a new missile, in defiance of UN Security Council resolutions. Rouhani declares he will continue to ignore international law, stating, “We will buy, sell & develop any weapons we need, and we will not ask for permission or abide by any resolution for that.”
August 2015: Kuwaiti authorities seize a huge arms cache that an Iranian-backed Hezbollah cell smuggled in from Iran.
September 2015: Bahraini police uncover 1.5 tons of explosives in a bomb-making factory and subsequently arrest individuals linked to Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and Hezbollah.
September 2015: MI5 intelligence and London Metropolitan police seize 3 metric tons of explosive ammonium nitrate in the outskirts of London and link the materials to Iran’s proxy Hezbollah.
October 2015: U.S. authorities arrest Lebanese-French citizen Iman Kobeissi in Georgia for arms trafficking and laundering narcotics for Iran and Hezbollah, breaking up a sophisticated plot allegedly spanning from France, Belgium and Bulgaria to Ghana and Nigeria.
October 2015: Iran reportedly delivers weapons to the Assad regime in Syria using Russian cargo planes.

October 2015: Iran test-fires a new long-range ballistic missile capable of carrying a nuclear warhead, violating United Nations Security Council Resolution (UNSCR) 2231.
November 2015: The IRGC hacks a series of American computer systems, including email and social media accounts belonging to journalists, academics and Obama administration officials.
November 2015: Iran reportedly test-fires a nuclear-capable ballistic missile with a range of 1,200 miles.

November 2015: Bahrain arrests 47 members of a group linked to “terrorist elements in Iran” who were planning to carry out imminent attacks, including with explosives.
November 2015: Kenyan security agencies arrest two Iranian citizens in Nairobi, allegedly sent there by the IRGC to execute a terrorist attack against Israeli targets.
December 2015: Iranian hackers are caught accessing online networks running the U.S. power grid, including a tranche of more than 19,000 stolen files that could be used to access and affect America’s power supply.
December 2015: An IRGC vessel fires unguided rockets in close proximity of the USS Harry Truman.

January 2016: Iranian forces seize 10 crew members aboard two U.S. Navy ships. The U.S. sailors are held captive for 16 hours at gunpoint and forced to film propaganda videos.
February 2016: Iran pledges financial support for the “Jerusalem intifada,” offering $7,000 to every family of a “martyr.”

February 2016: The Australian military seizes thousands of Iranian-made weapons aboard an Iranian ship off the coast of Yemen.
March 2016: Defying U.N. Resolution 2231, Iran test-fires nuclear-capable missiles. The IRGC commander said these missiles were designed to be able to hit Israel. Two ballistic missiles were inscribed in Hebrew with the phrase “Israel must be wiped out.”
August 2016: Within one week, IRGC speedboats harass at least four different American Navy ships in the Persian Gulf.

October 2016: Iranian-backed Houthi rebels in Yemen launch two missile attacks against the USS Mason.
November 2016: Iranian hackers launch a cyberattack that destroys the computers of a Saudi government aviation agency, along with six organizations in Riyadh’s energy, manufacturing and transportation industries.
January 2017: Iran again violates UNSCR 2231, reportedly test-firing a cruise missile as well as a new medium-range, nuclear-capable ballistic missile.
March 2017: IRGC fast-attack vessels harass the U.S. Navy ship USNS Invincible in the Strait of Hormuz, coming within 600 yards and forcing it to change course.

June 2017: The Justice Dept. arrests 2 men in NY and Michigan for supporting and training with Iran’s proxy Hezbollah.
June 2017: The Saudi Navy foils an IRGC plot to attack the offshore Marjan oilfield, capturing 3 Iranians on a boat filled with explosives as it approached the oilfield.

July 2017: The IRGC seizes a Saudi vessel and its 4 crew members for allegedly trespassing in Iranian waters.
July 2017: Iran uses a satellite-launch vehicle (SLV) in violation of UNSCR 2231 to successfully launch a satellite into orbit. SLV technology overlaps significantly with intercontinental ballistic missile technology.
July 2017: A German intelligence agency releases a 181-page report, revealing that Iran is actively seeking “products and scientific know-how for the field of developing weapons of mass destruction as well as missile technology” from German companies.
October 2017: German intelligence agencies warn that Iran is still attempting to illegally purchase rocket and missile technology from German firms. The report reveals that Iran attempted to buy related equipment at least 32 times in 2016, and 141 times the year prior.
November 2017: Hezbollah launches an Iranian ballistic missile from Yemen at Riyadh’s international airport in Saudi Arabia, reportedly on orders from Tehran.

November 2017: Iranian political activist Ahmad Mola Nissi was assassinated in the Netherlands, allegedly by Iran.
December 2017: Houthi rebels fire an Iranian ballistic rocket at the Saudi royal palace in Riyadh.

January 2018: Israel thwarts an Iranian plot in which Iranian intelligence officers based in South Africa recruited three Palestinians for suicide bombing attacks against Israel.
