We’ve already been told by many Dems that they want to pack the Supreme Court. This would create a repeating cycle of court-packing that would end up with every R and D for the next hundred years adding Justices, and very quickly the court would become another legislature. 2/?
This would obviously be catastrophic for the country. Judicial integrity is crucial to secure liberty and justice for all. 3/?
We also know that Dems want to make Puerto Rico and DC states. Is that because they care about those people? No. They want to upset the balance of power in the Senate because they know they’ll get an extra 4 safe Dem seats. This gives them a permanent Senate majority. 4/?
This brings me back to court-packing. A majority of the Senate is required to add Justices to the Supreme Court. With a packed court, the next Republican president likely won’t have the ability to pack the court again, as the Senate will be permanently Democratic. 5/?
This sounds like a disaster. A permanent hold on the Senate and the Courts. Now with some gerrymandering they can guarantee their hold on the House (DC and PR help with that too). The courts can’t stop this because they’re packed full of cronies. 6/?
And with a permanent Supreme Court majority, any presidential election challenges due to voter fraud, whether it exists or not, could be swayed in favor of Democrats. 7/?
Libertarians, this is your time to do the right thing. We are only years away from a permanent Democratic trifecta. This could be catastrophic. Even if you hate voting for Republicans, this is necessary to prevent a total loss of liberty. 8/9
Don’t let the authoritarians win. Keep the government divided by voting for Perdue and Loeffler and hope that our country, founded on the guarantees of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, can survive in an age of radicalism. Do the right thing.
