I have been using cannabis since I was at younger age. (15) I was abused and sexually assaulted from the age 10-13. While I served in the military and in Iraq I was in combat on multiple occasions. I also was one of the 1st responders to the 11-05-09 Terrorist attack in Ft. Hood.
After I was retired from the @USArmy I continued to have flashbacks and nightmares. When I thought back to cannabis I would have never thought it would be the answer to my health. I started using cannabis again in 2015 slowly and I also got my medical marijuana card in Maryland.
When I started back on cannabis I immediately saw a difference in my health. I was sleeping better, I started to take LESS opiates for my pain, and I mostly noticed the ability to sleep without interruptions. I then tried RSO (Rick Simpson Oil) for the first time in Maryland.
With the RSO I noticed a even greater change in my health and mental health. With all this being said I think desperately need to LEGALIZE not just DECRIMINALIZE but make it legal. We should be able to purchase this medication with less restrictions. #BeTheChange
