So look, I am a college student but I also work at a student job.

I work in a company that sells metal, steel, aluminium,..

So right now I have an only class but my boss called me and he asked me if I can come by this afternoon to receive the key to the building..

Look, I work there for 3 years,

In Belgium, we can work maximum 475 hours a year as a student, so every year I work 475 hours a year to get my money.

I make a little more than € 13+ an hour count this out and know how much money I make a year just working as a student

The reason I am sharing this right now is to let you see the message.

My boss trusts me to get the key and the reason he is gonna give it to me is that tomorrow morning at 6 am,
I need to work together with other students

Because I am the students who work there for the longest period I need to guide them a little.

He is gonna be later tomorrow because he needs to spend time with his kids.

Normal he is never later tho, he is a hard worker with a family business.

This reflects the importance of a relationship between an employer and employee.

There are many companies where the relationship between them is fake

You smile at your boss just because he can fire you

The boss keeps you happy just because he makes money because of you

It is important to find an employer who understands your value, with which you can build a fair relationship.

So tell me this, what is your opinion about this?

And if you are a student how much do you get paid, what kind of work do you, and if you work full time,..

Tell us something when you were a student and working.

We can know each other a little better!

Thank you for reading, and remember smile at your boss for the bigger reason!
