5 EFFECTIVE EVANGELISM TECHNIQUES

Most Christians don't engage in one-on-one evangelism because they;
1. Haven't received the Holy Spirit,
2. Don't know how to,
3. Don't know what to initiate the conversation, et al.

No matter your category, these 5 techniques will be helpful.
1. SURPRISE YOUR ADMIRER (Ref. Story - Jesus and Zacchaeus - Luke 19:1-10)

Zacchaeus was a secret admirer of Jesus and Jesus knew it and so he surprised him with a visit to his house.

Whiles admiring Jesus from the tree top, Jesus surprised him by saying, "...Zacchaeus, today..
...I must stay at your house."

Eventually, he received the message and repented.

You may have an admirer in your class, neighborhood, office. Surprise him/her by reaching out and you'd be amazed how opened they'll be to your message.

Try it today!
2. THROUGH COMPLIMENTS (Ref. Story - Jesus and Nathaniel - John 1:43-51)

Without being provoked, Nathaniel belittled Nazareth and its citizens, when Philip called to introduce him to Jesus.

Jesus knowing this, started by complimenting him with "...a great man with no error".
Nathaniel was so humbled by the compliment that he opened up and said, "you are the Son of God, the King of Israel" - John 1:49.

He believed!

There's power in compliments.

You can start a conversation with anyone by complimenting them then introduce your message subtly.
3. THROUGH ASSISTANCE (Ref. Story - Philip and the Eunuch - Acts 8:26-40)

Philip opted to assist the Eunuch with an explanation of a scripture he was reading and that gave him access into the chariot to preach the Gospel.

Sometimes, instead of just going straight to...
...preaching, opt to be of service to the person. That'll give you better access to the person and then you intelligently introduce your message.

Be of help to others!

It could be financial, material, emotional, etc.

It can give you a strategic access into the inner caucus.
4. THROUGH PRAISE & WORSHIP (Ref. Story - Paul/Silas & the Prison warden - Acts 16:25-40)

Don't underestimate the power of praise and worship anywhere.

You could be singing on the road, in the bus, on the train, in the office, etc. But as long as you understand the power it...
...has, you should be expectant that it'll have an impact on those that hear you.

You can capture their attention with your singing and then smartly introduce your message.

Pay attention to people that sing along with you in public. It's a door of opportunity, seize it!
5. THROUGH THE PROPHETIC (Ref. Story - Jesus and the Samaritan woman - John 4:1-45)

Jesus told the woman everything about herself and that got her attention.

When it did, He ministered the word to her and she, after believing, immediately became an evangelist.
Through her, John 4:39 says, "And many Samaritans believed on Jesus for the saying of the woman..."

Through the Prophetic, you're able to arrest the attention of the person and then be quick to introduce the message.

If not, the attention may be shifted to the Prophetic...
...instead of the message of Jesus.

Dear brethren, in all of these, the guidance of the Spirit is extremely important.

He'll tell you what move to make, what word to speak and how to speak those words.

Take your personal evangelism very seriously in these last days.
Be smart and sensitive in the Spirit to know when a door of opportunity is opened unto you to preach the Gospel.

When you do this, one time tiri gbosa for you!

God bless you!
