Anarchism would lead to many more deaths than an ML transition state for 2 reasons:
1) you have to get most of the population on board for revolutionary war (I think impossible while US propaganda exists anyway)
2) you will constantly be in a people’s war against capitalists. 1/6

I love my anarchist friends. I tell yall the truth cause too many are on the TL pretending anarchism is the kinder way. At least take ownership of the necessary prolongation of the capitalist state while you organize & the extended violence after your long revolution starts. 2/6
What an attempt at an immediate transition to a communist state gives is freedom alone. Not peace, not safety, not for you or the defenseless ones you bring with you. Anarchism before the world has recovered from capitalism means more death, its as simple as that. 3/6
A transitionary ML state gives time & a safety net for dealing with internalized racism. White supremacy came before capitalism and until we’ve taught it out of generations it will continue to haunt us. Im not saying its impossible, just recognize we’ll have to deal with it. 4/6
When I say anarchism will require a protracted people’s war I mean you will be constantly reinvaded and bombed. Capitalists have no problem killing anyone. Youll push them back and then be bombed back and forth until THEY decide to stop. MLs accept war but not an eternal one. 5/6
MLs get accused of being cruel, intractable, & warlike but I think its more cruel, intractable, & warlike to needlessly prolong capitalism then have an interminable war of attrition, all in the name of “freedom now.” We have the same goals. It just takes time to get there. 6/6
