If organisations like @wef can no longer accurately describe us, you will *never* be able to help solve the problem.

72 countries criminalise same-sex sex between men (adult human males). It’s very specific to homosexual men. MALES.

There are a handful countries that also criminalise lesbian sex and trans people, but 72 countries specifically criminalise homosexual male sex.

There’s also Russia which decriminalised gay sex but later introduced an anti-gay propaganda bill years ago making criminals

2/
out of many Russian LGB people. Hunting and beating up gay people is almost like a sport.

All of this is important to note because your entire article is mostly focused on trans issues, with two cursory mentions of a banned lesbian movie and gay hate crime from 1972.

3/
What you’ve done is you’ve effectively appropriated our very real, ever-present homosexual male persecution to talk about trans issues and other gender identities.

May I also point out that among some of the 72 countries that criminalise gay male sex, it’s become

4/
more acceptable to declare yourself a trans person. In Iran, Pakistan and Russia for instance. They used to hang gay men in Iran, now they medically and surgically transition bottom and versatile gay men who bottom.

5/
Iran conducts the world’s second highest number of gender reassignment surgeries in the world after Thailand. This is horrific and no one can do anything about it.

6/
If you want to discuss the state of Pride accurately, do understand that the LGBs are based on sexual orientation and the Ts, Qs, Is, As, 2s, etc etc are each unique communities somehow lumped together with us over the years.

7/
Everyone thinks we exist as a big happy family but this mostly only exists in activism where they add more alphabets to garner greater funding.

There has never been a greater conflicts of rights between the LGB and radical trans activists than what we have today, in 2020.

8/
If you’re going to talk about our persecution, make sure you describe us homosexual people accurately because we’ve historically faced and continue to face social derision, discrimination and/or criminalisation across the world on the basis our SAME SEX attraction.

9/
If you can’t manage that, keep us out of your dishonest articles. You’re just using us to further trans RADICAL demands in the mainstream.

The world needs to know that these trans radical demands grossly undermine our same sex rights and protections in every way.

This thread is in direct response to the caption in @wef’s facebook post.

I think it must be said that women remain the most oppressed people on this planet. Not gay men. Not trans people. No one.
