or for not following the party line blindly, there is no room to grow, to learn, to make mistake. You are not radical enough: you are banned, you make the slightest "mistake": you are banned. you disagree with the group politics or strategy: you are banned.

You can't see a particular oppression you are banned. you have a blind spot: you are banned.
