Wanted to vent today after a series of events.

Now, I usually don't care about things like this, but I also saw a recommended video about the Georgia election that noted that Asian Americans/Pacific Islanders are a sizable portion of the voting population.

I was born and raised in the US. I was lucky enough to live in a community that was largely Asian and Latino (about 50/50 of both). Even traveling to different places in and out of the US, I've never really felt uncomfortable.
It saddens me to think that these people, who hate me so deeply without even knowing who I am, could live in the same country as me (and in the case of tweet 1, represent a state in the country that I live in).
