1) @LeslieRutledge I made a post on TeamTrump's facebook page providing him with a legal theory. Please take a moment to look at it. It's posted under Cindy Louise. It's a original jurisdiction case for the US Supreme Court to hear, it's a breach/fraud theory.

2) @leslierutledge, It's a once in a lifetime chance to restore the languishing Guarantee Clause. The theory is PA, NY, & CA by not following their state constitution violated the Guarantee Clause. See Texas vs. White as to what a state is

3) @LeslieRutledge see also duncan vs. mccall as what a republican form of govt is, ...it is "limited to a written constitution" Those states that violated their state constitution with mail in ballots, they then violated the Guarantee clause. Additionally, it's a misrep

4) @LeslieRutledge a misrepresentation (fraud), the unlawful legislation that was contrary to the state constitution. Thus the remedy for this is to prevent the electors in that state from casting a vote. State vs. State suit can be brought straight to US Supreme Court.
