The countersuit claims it was a âtwo hand restraintâ Yes! They are countersuing victims of Police Brutality. Thatâs how much they value Black life.
A reporter today told me the city told her âthe officer slippedâ

Worse even, they are requesting $200,000 dollars in tax payer money for this ridiculous countersuit. They want to use taxpayer money to further punish us for excercising our constitutional right to protest.
Your favorite politicians have been too silent, while posting on their social media how much they care about Black lives. Yet, they refuse to stand up and speak out against the violence being done everyday to Black bodies. Thatâs why this movement exists...
Not because we wanted to be here doing this...but because we have been failed on every level all of our lives. We must fight for justice, we must take our freedom. It will not be given to us, we wonât negotiate it with the lesser of two evils, no saviors here.
Only us. Fighting every day of our lives with everything we have. We are crazy enough to believe freedom is possible, and bold enough to believe we can win it.
I have learned so much in the past 5 months, enough for 8 lifetimes and 30 books. But the most important lesson has been the strength and power of this movement. We have been on the right side of history consistently and in a dynamic way.
This is the largest social movement in the history of the U.S. Because for far too long, for far too many of us, things have been too bad. We have lived in squalor and been attacked by our own government. These conditions created this movement..
And this movement wonât die until these conditions no longer exist. I couldnât be more proud than be on the right side of history and be unrelenting in our quest for liberation.
