I'm going to be avoiding Twitter for a while, mostly because the whole conspiracy nonsense around covid vaccines is really getting me mad.

I grew up waiting for vaccines every yr to make sure we survived another, and barely made it out of critical yellow fever and dengue...
I saw friends die from polio, which I was lucky enough to never catch and I'm very young so this wasn't that long ago.

All because at some point vaccines ran out before they got to our homes.

You people are so lucky to have access to these things, and decide to be ignorant.
I honestly cannot stand it.

Unless someone has legitimate medical reasons to avoid vaccines, making an active choice to refuse them based on your own ignorance and conspiracy, is just selfish. Plain and simple.

You have experts here bending over backwards trying to help.
All this refusal to do simple things like wearing a mask, following instructions from medical professionals, listening to the experts trying to provide accurate and absorbable information for you, and yet some of us are expected to spoon feed you.

Grow up.
I know my style of communication isn't cuddly and peppy, like a lot of the scicommers out here, but I'm going to tell you what it is, and how it is.

How you receive that, is entirely up to you. You can stay or you can leave, as long as it is done respectfully.
