@AOC is selling $58 "Tax the Rich" sweatshirts and bragging that they are US made. So much for actually helping the poor.

1. By making shirts here, she is denying employment opportunities to the global poor, who could use those wages far more than unionized US garment workers...

2. That US-made swag is thereby more expensive that it would otherwise be, making it less affordable to the US poor she so often claims to care about.

It's a double-whammy of kicking poor people in the teeth.
Nice job, Congresswoman...

And now that @SenSanders wants to cap credit card interest rates, poor folks here won't even have access to credit to afford that overpriced swag that's keeping the global poor immiserated.
