When Sars cov 2 is over, we will have to deal with the damage done to school kids-- disproportionately poor and minority kids deprived of school for months-- this damage will haunt us for the rest of my life and deeply scar the social fabric.

The activists who, at every opportunity, argued for school closure will fail to deliver the remedies needed to correct the damage and their empty words will generate a massive political backlash

The damage will be so catastrophic that the fate of our nation may be affected. Democracy and civics will be affected.
