After reading study I see they cherry picked the $1.30 revenue to $1.00 of expenses factor being consistent across all farm sizes. This was the case in only Saskatchewan in 2016.
Its important to know that an author of this study works for the NFU. So go figure their findings support their ideology. They want govt policy to support small scale organic farms, not industrial farms.
