Let's take a look at Gandalf (The Animated Elf.) According to Tolkien his character is based off Óðinn. Christians claim he is based on Jesus "muh death and resurrection duuude." So which one is it? Let's find out...

...first off Gandalf is a warrior and often times fights with a sword so this should be the first clue that he is Óðinn. He also wears a wide brimmed hat and has mastered Rune Craft and Spells (seiðr)...Now let's take a look at the so called "resurrection"...part 2.

...We first meet Gandalf "The White" in the forest of Fangorn. Yet Aragorn and company do not recognize him. He looks different because HE IS DIFFERENT. As in not the same body that he was before. He has a new "Carnation" that his spirit is housed in...part 3.

..compare that with Jesus whom literally came back in his old rotten body complete with wounds that you could stick your hand in. That's a Zombie resurrection. What we are talking about here is a reincarnation. When some one reincarnates they lose their memory... part 4.

...and Gandalf does not even remember his own name. Aragorn "midwife to the mind" tells him his name. This is the password "Gandalf." Suddenly his memory is returned to him. The Reincarnation ritual is completed. Gandalf is back and he has leveled up from Grey to White. . P5

Forgot to mention, when Gandalf dies he goes to Valinor/Avalon. This the home of the Gods and Elves. He goes to the "Elf Home" by dying (Note: Elves are the spirits of our Ancestors). His spirit comes back and reincarnates once again. We too will make this journey one day.
