Nothing stops voters being registered in more than one precinct vis a vis Poll pad.

I'm not sure why people have so much confidence in the integrity of the poll books. 4/5

Bottom line. Any system or software related to voting or voter rolls should be open source code and should have a permanently enabled log file. Even then they're still sketchy.
