Positives: a former player who can relate to the players, has HC exp and also was recently working under a coach that can win, has won, and was in the finals last year.

Not positive: hard to be overly excited about the hire when you look at her year as a HC in SA. Was the roster build to win rings, no but would saying they underperformed be wrong, no.

End of the day there are two question imo.
1- Was she able to learn from her mistakes and become a better coach while in LV?
2- Is this team closer to winning a ring with this coach vs last years coach?
She got a raw deal in SA let’s hope it’s better this time around.
