Who on my timeline today was talking about John Brennan and the fact he had transmitted "knowledge of Trump associates talking to Russians", which was characterized as curious since "only such associate was @carterwpage"?

Brennan’s intelligence “served as the basis for the FBI investigation”. 🤔 https://twitter.com/themarketswork/status/984852091087634433?s=20
"GCHQ first became aware in late 2015 of suspicious interactions”

"Over the next six months, until summer 2016, a number of western agencies shared further information on contacts between Trump’s inner circle and Russians."

All of this PRECEDED Carter Page, Papa Predicate, etc.
QUESTIONS: given:

1) new revelation that Durham focus has "considerably narrowed to FBI", &
2) only comment from Durham EVER is to rebuke Horowitz conclusions re: CFH was 'adequately predicated', &
3) we've just shown that Brennan "served as basis for" CFH,

THEN...
1) how is Brennan in the clear?
2) why is this portion of pre-CFH never discussed?
3) who is persons in T "inner circle" communicating w Russians? (hint: only Michael Cohen & Felix Sater fit the timeframe)
