• Strength/Endurance Training = Great adversity.
• Force yourself into a good workout, and out of a bad mood.
Complete Daily Goals:

• Build momentum by completing easy tasks.
• Men, you aren’t confident without some sort of work.
• Plan or not; finish some things that take responsibility.
Embrace the Pain/Struggle:

• Pain is a catalyst of success.
• Great men overcome adversity.

Focus Breathing:

• Just relax.
• Quit breathing like you’re at war in Walmart.
• Start developing/researching a technique that works best for you.
