Non black folks saying “Black Lives Matter” with the cadence of a 14 year old white girl gushing about BTS over tiktok along with the phrase itself slowly becoming the new “But I have a black best friend” is exhausting.
Also black folks shouldn’t have to die and be traumatized to be noticed but others have said that far more eloquently than I.
