People wanna consume more more more while paying less. You can’t consume more with no extra cost. Think of Walmart. They lower prices so you can consume more but who feels that the most? The migrant workers, the sweatshop factories, the land stolen to produce materials

Same thing is happening with streaming. You wanna listen to hundreds of records for 10 dollars a month? Somewhere down the line, someone is going to be exploited to make that happen. Imagine if Walmart made a 100 dollar a month buy all you want deal

Yeah the companies COULD pay more we all know Walmart can pay their employees more, but they won’t and a free market and capitalism won’t be able to function like that. If you truly want artists to make a living off their music, you need to be anti-capitalist
