In Jan 2020 Barr received a copy of my qui tam lawsuit. He rejected & DC judge dismissed WITHOUT PREJUDICE.

Barr said no credible election influence witness has come forward. This is false!

My qui tam literally warned that a DoD PSYOP weapon I helped pioneer for Bush/Obama/Biden (no @POTUS fans) was being sold commercially in U.S. w/intent to influence U.S. elections using taxpayer funded weapon.
This information is NOT getting to @POTUS!
