With more than 1 billion people with disabilities in the world, it’s important to implement social media practices that are accessible.

Below are a few of the tips we’ve learned on how to make content more inclusive when posting on Twitter. #IDPD
Tip #1: Add descriptive alt text to images. #IDPD
Tip #2: Whenever possible, place hashtags at the end of your tweets and don’t forget to capitalize each word. #IDPD
Tip #3: Avoid using many emojis in a row or special font. Click into the video and listen to how a screen reader renders the text included in this post. #IDPD
