We were talking about Imposter Syndrome in the Discord this morning. My take:
Imposter Syndrome isn't necessarily a bad thing.
In fact, it is a signal of someone with a Growth Mindset - someone who realizes that no matter how good they are, they can always continue to improve.

Those that are constantly looking to improve often end up becoming your top performers.
Then, by definition, most top performers are likely to suffer from Imposter Syndrome, to always see the gap between where they are and where they think they could/should be.
So, what to do?

Embrace your Imposter Syndrome. It likely isn't going anywhere.
But, re-frame it as your Growth Mindset.
Own it. Nurture it. Wear it with pride.
Celebrate it is one of your key traits, a competitive advantage, and one of the reasons why you are and will always be great.
