“Yeah but death panels” listen, we already have that here. Insurance companies decide what they will cover and pharmaceutical companies jack up prices so the poor can’t get them. Those “death panels” are just privatized here.
“You are just jealous of rich people” no, not at all. I have no desire to be rich. I do have the desire for people to be paid directly for their labor. Instead, under capitalism you work to pay off your bosses mortgage on their 2nd home.
