Scientists bemoaned a debate over which country has a better regulatory system, saying it could undermine the public’s faith in coronavirus vaccines.

The irony of course is that all the COVID vaccines work in the same way: Moderna, Pfizer, AstraZenecaOxford, our Baylor-BioE vaccine all induce virus neutralizing antibodies and T cell responses to the virus spike protein
We have to stop hailing these vaccines as extraordinary scientific achievements tied to nationalism. The hard part of these vaccines is the quality control, quality assurance, clinical trials under cGCP to ensure we have safe and effective vaccines. BOTTOM LINE: THERE IS NO RACE
