2/ If you have reasonable ideas on how to do that- great! If you just want to shout “Tyranny!”, it’s not constructive. As noted, there is not a magical place to get more nurses and doctors and they too are very tired and frustrated. (Full disclosure- I live with one!)
3/ It has become so trite to say, but we are in this together. Every person should ask themselves- do my actions help our hospital capacity situation or (even indirectly) strain them further?
